What Is Fenben Lab Fenbendazole?

 


fenben lab fenbendazole is a broad spectrum anthelmintic that has been demonstrated to have activity against various parasites of the gastrointestinal tract. Specifically, it is effective against the roundworms giardia, hydatid tapeworms (the Taenia genus), whipworms, pinworms and certain cestodes and trematodes. It is also known to be efficacious against the nematode genera Aelurostrongylus, Ancylostoma tubaeforme, Crenosoma vulpis, Heterobilharzia americana and Paragonimus kellicotti. It is currently used under veterinary supervision in dogs, cats, horses and rabbits, as well as for livestock.


It has also been shown to have some cytotoxic activity against various cancer cells, including human non-small cell lung carcinoma. Its anti-cancer properties are likely due to its ability to stabilize WT p53, disrupt microtubules, inhibit glucose metabolism and cause cell cycle arrest. This compound is currently being investigated as an alternative to traditional chemotherapy in patients with KRAS-mutant non-small cell lung cancer, which is resistant to other drugs.


In addition to its anti-tumor effects, fenbendazole is thought to stimulate the production of interferons and tumor necrosis factor. The latter are both natural compounds that are involved in antiviral and immune responses, and which have been shown to be important for cancer immunotherapy.


The Joe Tippens Cancer Protocol recommends a dose of 222 mg per day of fenbendazole, seven days a week. The medication can be taken as a granule or liquid suspension and should be given by mouth. It is also recommended that this medication be taken with vitamin E to reduce side effects.


When fenbendazole is taken at regular doses it does not typically cause any side effects. However, it is possible that the drug may interact with a number of other medications. When this occurs, the potential for an allergic reaction may increase. If your pet experiences symptoms of an allergic reaction after receiving fenbendazole, seek veterinary care immediately.


A recent study showed that fenbendazole in combination with vitamins significantly reduced lymphoma tumor growth in SCID mice. Initially, complete blood counts from the test and control groups showed no difference between white cell count responses, but at study termination, the fenbendazole plus vitamin group had significantly smaller total and neutrophil tumor volumes, as well as less compression of adjacent tissues. It is suggested that the augmentation of the immune response by fenbendazole and vitamin supplementation is responsible for this tumor-inhibiting effect. Further research is needed to identify the precise mechanism.
